The true protagonist of Beatrice Velarde's work is light. Through her lens, Velarde discovers and recreates architectural structures, as straight and pronounced in the mountains as undulating in the coastal landscape, which the light reveals.
In her conference, Velarde tells about her creative process, her vision of the Andean and Coastal architectural landscape. Of where we are heading, of what she considers vital to take into consideration, and of her conception of a Peruvian and contemporary architecture.
