| dcterms.abstract | RESUMO: A economia solidária é aqui apresentada como um movimento social emancipatório e como uma das formas de resistências das trabalhadoras e trabalhadores ao modelo de desenvolvimento capitalista. O movimento contemporâneo de economia solidária abrange o processo de produção, comercialização e finanças. A economia solidária é caracterizada pela posse coletiva dos meios de produção e pelo controle dos trabalhadores dos empreendimentos através de autogestão, cooperação e solidariedade. Os empreendimentos econômicos solidários se organizam sob a forma de cooperativas, associações e grupos informais. Um dos maiores desafios da economia solidária está no campo educativo, porque impõe a desconstrução dos princípios individualistas e privatistas preponderantes na maioria das relações econômicas, e exige a construção de outra cultura pautada na solidariedade. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa realizada, tem como objeto de estudo as metodologias de incubação fomentadas pelas universidades nas ações de economia solidária. Para isso, analisamos as experiências da Incubadora de Economia Solidária da Universidade Federal da Paraíba - Brasil e da Incubadora na Universidade de Kassel- Alemanha – Verein für Solidarische Ökonomie e.V. A pesquisa buscou conhecer e analisar as práticas de incubagem das universidades na economia solidária, como processos de mudança social. A coleta de informações foi realizada, tendo por base, uma revisão bibliográfica, relatórios das Incubadoras, registros fotográficos, observação participante e entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Os resultados da análise indicam que as metodologias de incubação na economia solidaria, por terem um caráter aberto e participativo, por considerarem os condicionamentos históricos e as diferentes culturas, fazem-nas portadoras de mudanças sociais. Esta metodologia pode ser utilizada por diferentes atores, em lugares e situações distintas. A pesquisa indica ainda, a centralidade da questão ecológica como elemento que poderá unificar o movimento internacional de economia solidária. | por |
| dcterms.abstract | ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: Die Solidarische Ökonomie wird vorgestellt als eine emanzipatorische soziale Bewegung und eine Form des Widerstands das ArbeiterInnen gegen das kapitalistische Entwicklungsmodell. Die gegenwärtige Bewegung Solidarische Ökonomie umfasst die Prozesse von Produktion und Kommerzialisierung sowie Finanzen. Kennzeichnend für die Solidarische Ökonomie sind kollektiver Besitz der Produktionsmittel, Kontrolle der Unternehmen durch die ArbeiterInnen in Form von Selbstverwaltung, Kooperation und Solidarität. Die Solidarischen Wirtschaftsunternehmen organisieren sich in Genossenschaften, Vereinen und informellen Gruppen. Eine der größten Herausforderungen für die Solidarische Ökonomie ist die Bildung, da dies den Aufbau einer Kultur der Solidarität voraussetzt. Diese steht im Gegensatz zu den meisten wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen, die auf individualistischen Prinzipien beruhen. Gegenstand der Forschung sind die Methodologien der Inkubation, die von den Universitäten in den Aktionen der Solidarischen Ökonomie gefördert werden. Zu diesem Zweck analysieren wir die Erfahrungen des Inkubators Solidarische Ökonomie der Bundesuniversität Paraíba, Brasilien, und den Inkubator Verein für Solidarische Ökonomie e.V. an der Universität Kassel. Die Untersuchung versucht, die Praktiken der Inkubation an den Universitäten auf dem Gebiet der Solidarischen Ökonomie als Prozesse sozialen Wandels kennen zu lernen und zu analysieren. Die Sammlung von Informationen erfolgte durch das Studium der Bibliographie, die Analyse der Berichte und Fotoarchive der Inkubatoren sowie das Führen eines Feldforschungstagebuchs während der Zeit der Teilnahme an den Aktivitäten der Inkubatoren. Die Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass die Methodologien der Inkubation in der Solidarischen Ökonomie Träger von sozialen Veränderungen sind, da sie einen offenen und partizipativen Charakter haben, da sie die historischen Rahmenbedingungen und die kulturellen Mannigfaltigkeiten berücksichtigen. Diese Methodologien können von verschiedenen Akteuren, in unterschiedlichen Orten und Situationen benutzt werden. Die Forschung offenbart, dass die ökologische Frage von zentraler Bedeutung ist und die internationale Bewegung der Solidarischen Ökonomie vereinen kann. | ger |
| dcterms.abstract | ABSTRACT: The Solidarity Economy is introduced as an emancipatory social movement and a form of resistance of workers against the capitalist model of development. The current movement of Solidarity Economy encompasses the processes of production and marketing as well as finances. Charakteristic for the Solidarity Economy there is the collective ownership of the means of production and capital goods, control of enterprises by the workers in form of selfadministration, cooperation and solidarity. The solidary enterprises organize themselves in cooperatives, societies and informal groups. One of the prominent challenges for the Solidarity Economy is education, as this implies the development of a culture of solidarity. This stands in contrast to most of the economical relationships that rest on individualistic principles. Object of this research are also the methodologies of incubation that are supported by universities within the actions of the Solidarity Economy. For this end we are analysing the experiences of the incubator Solidarity Economy at the University of Paraíba, Brasil, and of the incubator Verein für Solidarische Ökonomie e.V. at the University of Kassel. The investigation tries to learn to know about the practical approaches of incubation at universities in the field of Solidarity Economy as processes of social change and as such to analyse them. The collection of information was done through literature studies, analysing the reports and photo archives of the incubators and by keeping a journal of field studies during the time of participating in the incubator´s activities. The results of this research show the methodologies of incubation of Solidarity Economy to be factors of social change, since they are open and participating in character, and since they account for historical framework and cultural diversity. These methodologies can be used by different actors in different places and situations. The research reveals that the ecological question is of central importance and that the international movement could unify the Solidarity Economy. | eng |
