Betriebliches Mobilitätsmanagement (BMM) fokussiert auf die Verkehrsgestaltung hinsichtlich Pendel- und Berufsverkehr, Dienstreisen und Kundenverkehr. Ziel ist es, beispielsweise Parkplatzauslastungen zu verringern oder Verhaltensänderungen bei den Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich der Verkehrsmittelwahl hervorzurufen.
