Computer Algebra of Conditional Oriented Matroids

The main results of this Habilitation thesis is the extension of Mandel theorem to conditional oriented matroids, the solving of the open problem of Forge and Zaslavsky on oriented matroids, the generalization of the topological representation theorem, the computation of the Varchenko determinant for conditional oriented matroids, and the determination of the solution space dimension of the Aguiar-Mahajan system for conditional oriented matroids.
