Anforderungsvalidierung unter Nutzung echtzeit simulierter virtueller Prototypen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität
Abstract
Im Rahmen der Anforderungsermittlung werden verschiedene Methoden, wie Befragungs‐ und Beobachtungstechniken eingesetzt, um die bewussten Kundenanforderungen zu erfassen. Verborgene (unbewusste) Kundenanforderungen werden dabei meist nicht berücksichtigt. Aus erhobenen Kundenanforderungen lassen sich z.B. mit einer QFD die späteren Produktmerkmale ableiten. Aufgrund der unscharfen Kundenanforderungslage kommt es bei dem entwickelten Produkt oft zu einer Abweichung von den vom Kunden gewünschten Eigenschaften. Jede Abweichung führt zu einer geringeren Produktqualität. Die dreidimensionale virtuelle Realität ermöglicht es, früh Erkenntnisse über Produktmerkmale und -funktionen optisch darzustellen und in Echtzeit zu simulieren. Es müssen jedoch neue Verfahren zur Datenanalyse entwickelt werden, damit die tatsächlichen Kundenanforderungen abgeleitet werden können. Zudem muss durch eine systematische Vorgehensweise sichergestellt werden, dass die überarbeiteten Anforderungen wieder strukturiert in den Produktentwicklungsprozess einfließen. Im Rahmen dieses konzeptionellen Beitrags soll eine mögliche Vorgehensweise zur Validierung von Kundenanforderungen in den frühen Phasen der Produktentwicklung und den daraus resultierenden Herausforderungen aufgezeigt werden. Thematisiert wird der besondere Nutzen dieser Vorgehensweise für die Produktentwicklung im Kontext eines proaktiven Qualitätsmanagements.
