Risk Factors for Work Quality and Mental Health: Current findings and initial conclusions
Abstract
Under the title “Psychosoziale Kosten turbulenter Veränderungen” (The Psychological and Social Costs of Turbulent Change), a report commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Supervision e. V. (The German Association for Supervision or DGSv) on the “inner life” of organisations in Germany was published as issue 1 of this series in 2009.1 The report was based on a 2008 survey of members of the DGSv on their experience of working with and advising employees of commercial and non-commercial organisations.
This issue presents a report based on a second study, which once again, three years later, surveyed how members of the DGSv perceive working conditions in commercial and non-commercial organisations and their effects on employees.
