Was passiert im Gründercoaching?
Eine qualitative Studie zu Prozess- und Expertenberatung in Gründercoachingprozessen
(What happens in entrepreneurial coaching? : A qualitative study on process and expert consultation elements in entrepreneurial coaching processes)
Abstract
This study explores the role of process and expert consultation in entrepreneurial coaching. Findings of a qualitative interview study with 44 coaches indicate that process as well as expert consultation play a vital role in entrepreneurial coaching. However, the relative weight of the respective consultation elements differs across coaches and topics. Coaches address 17 different topics regarding process consultation and four topics in the scope of expert consultation. They decide for a particular consultation model reacting to certain occasions, and the entrepreneurs’ perceived emotions or reactions. Implications for coaching practice and future research are deduced.
