Diversity of aphyllophoroid fungi from taxonomical and biogeographical perspectives
(2018)
Comprehensive knowledge of biodiversity is a prerequisite for its long-term conservation and sustainable use. Fungi play crucial roles in ecosystems and are among the species-richest organism groups on Earth. However, all aspects of their diversity remain underexplored.
In this study, we aimed to fill the gaps in occurrence data and taxonomy as well as in understanding spatial diversity patterns of aphyllophoroid fungi (non-gilled macroscopic Basidiomycota). We digitized and made openly accessible 4,041 records of ...

Rethinking the genus Hyphodontia s.l. (Hymenochaetales, Basidiomycota) – investigations on a worldwide scope including new taxonomy, phylogeny, and identification keys
(2018-12)
The dissertation “Rethinking the genus Hyphodontia s.l. (Hymenochaetales, Basidiomycota) – investigations on a worldwide scope including new taxonomy, phylogeny, and identification keys” was elaborated by Janett Riebesehl in the Department of Ecology at the University of Kassel.
Changing the classification system of the fungal genus Hyphodontia s.l. to treat the species from the broad Hyphodontia s.l. concept by a division into other genera was continued. Hjortstam and Ryvarden (2002, 2009) began the concept, but ...

Molekulare Grundlagen der PKA-Lokalisierung durch A-Kinase-Ankerproteine
(2018-08-30)
