Co-Simulation und Solverkopplung
(Analyse komplexer multiphysikalischer Systeme)
Abstract
In dieser Dissertation werden zwei Arten von gekoppelter Simulation anhand einfacher Testmodelle untersucht und auf komplexe, multiphysikalische Systeme angewandt. Dazu werden die Gesamtsysteme in monodisziplinäre Subsysteme aufgeteilt. Die Modellierung der Subsysteme erfolgt mithilfe kommerzieller Programme. Für die Simulation werden die in den Programmen integrierten Gleichungslöser eingesetzt. In den komplexen Anwendungen wird in dieser Arbeit immer ein Mehrkörpersystem (MKS) mit einem oder mehreren Modellen aus einer anderen Disziplin gekoppelt. Hierbei hat das MKS-Modell grundsätzlich Kräfte und Momente als Eingangsvariablen und kinematische Größen (Weg und Geschwindigkeit) als Ausgangsvariablen.
Der erste Typ der gekoppelten Simulation, hier als Co-Simulation bezeichnet, verbindet zwei oder mehr dynamische Subsysteme. Hierfür werden vier verschiedene Co-Simulationsverfahren erläutert und anhand eines Co-Simulationstestmodells (Zweimassenschwinger) analysiert. Mithilfe der Co-Simulation werden ein Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem, eine Thomson Spule, ein Recloser und ein Fallturm simuliert.
Der zweite Typ der gekoppelten Simulation, hier als Solverkopplung bezeichnet, verbindet ein dynamisches mit einem oder mehreren statischen Subsystemen. Als Testmodell für drei unterschiedliche Verfahren der dynamisch-statischen Solverkopplung dient ein Einmassenschwinger mit nichtlinearen Feder- und Dämpferelementen. Die Anwendung ist hierbei ein Rotor mit einem hydrodynamischen Gleitlager.
