Der Salafismus als Jugendkultur. Warum radikalisieren sich Jugendliche in Deutschland? Welche Präventionsmöglichkeiten gibt es?
Abstract
In den öffentlichen Diskurs ist die Thematik des Salafismus vor allem durch die Koranverteilungskampagne „Lies“ und durch die steigende Zahl an salafistischen Radikalisierungen von Jugendlichen gerückt. Aber auch die im Jahr 2015 verübten islamistisch motivierten Attentate und Terroranschläge in Paris und die Sprengstoffanschläge im März 2016 in Brüssel haben dazu beigetragen, dass mittlerweile in den deutschen Medien zunehmend über salafistische Aktivitäten berichtet wird und somit der Salafismus zu einem der häufig vertretenen und kontrovers diskutierten Themen gehört. Doch was genau ist der Salafismus? Welche Vorstellungen und Ideologien vertreten seine Anhänger? Insbesondere bei Jugendlichen gewinnen salafistische Bestrebungen immer mehr an Attraktivität. Doch warum werden Jugendliche in Deutschland radikal? Warum reisen mehrere Hundert junge Menschen aus Deutschland aus, um für den Islamischen Staat (IS) zu kämpfen? Wie wurden sie zu Radikalen? Welche Rolle spielt die den muslimischen Jugendlichen entgegengebrachte Islamophobie in der Gesellschaft? Was macht gerade den Salafismus für Jugendliche so reizvoll und attraktiv? Diese Arbeit wird der Frage nachgehen, inwiefern der Salafismus als Jugendkultur zu begreifen ist. Dafür wird zunächst geklärt, wie Salafismus definiert werden kann und welche Wurzeln und Typologie die Glaubenslehre des Salafismus erkennen lässt. Daraufhin wird beleuchtet, was eine mögliche Ursache dafür sein könnte, dass gerade Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund radikalisiert werden, und wie Salafisten diese Defizite und Probleme der Jugendlichen für Agitationszwecke nutzen. Darauf folgend werden die verschiedenen Erscheinungsformen salafistischer Aktivitäten in Deutschland betrachtet, die darauf ausgerichtet sind, mehr Anhänger anzuwerben. Daneben widmet sich die Arbeit aber auch dem sehr wichtigen Thema der Prävention und der Deradikalisierung. Wie kann man eine Radikalisierung erkennen und wie könnte man ihr entgegnen?
