Sie identifiziert individuelle, interaktionelle und organisationale scham-auslösende Aspekte im Pflegealltag aus der Sicht der Bewohner, der Pflegekräfte und von Angehörigen. Sie gibt Antwort auf die Frage, wie die jeweiligen Zielgruppen mit Scham umgehen und welche Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede es dabei gibt.
